How to Make the BWW Inflammation-Free Smoothie

Looking for a quick and easy way to calm inflammation in your body? Look no further than the BWW Inflammation-Free Smoothie! This smoothie is the perfect way to start your day, and it's packed with all the nutrients you need to feel full, balance your blood sugar levels, and eliminate cravings.

So, what's in this magical smoothie, you ask? Here are the basics:

Liquids - You'll need 1-2 cups of clean, oil-free, unsweetened nut milk or filtered water as a base.

Frozen Greens - Add 1 cup of frozen spinach or kale, which is packed with antioxidants to help keep inflammation at bay. Here is my little secret. Put cut-up fresh spinach or kale in a ziplock bag or buy them already clean and bagged and put them in your freezer.  Once frozen you can make them even smaller by simply crushing them in the bag.

Frozen Fruit - Add 1 cup of frozen berries, along with your favorite fruits to the mix. Don't forget to add one cup of wild blueberries for an extra boost of anti-inflammatory power!

Why Wild?  Wild blueberries are high in vitamins, minerals, micronutrients, fiber and antioxidants.

Make it Creamy - Add half an avocado, bananas, mangos, cashews, macadamia nuts, or any nut or seed butter to give your smoothie a creamy texture.

Get your Omega 3 - Add 1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds, which are packed with Omega-3 fatty acids.

Simply toss all of these ingredients into a high-speed blender (we recommend the Vitamix), and you're good to go! Want to switch things up? Add some fresh ginger, clean protein powder, or cacao for some extra flavor and anti-inflammatory benefits.

The BWW Inflammation-Free Smoothie is the perfect way to get all the nutrients you need in one delicious drink. So why not give it a try? And be sure to share your favorite smoothie recipes with us!
