Directions for Brewing Anti-inflammation tea:

Want a strong brew?
Bring 64oz (1 gallon) of natural spring water to a boil
Pour the entire bag of tea into the boiling water
Turn off heat and let it steep w/ a lid for 6-8 hours or overnight
Strain the herbs from the liquid and store your tea in glass mason jars

Want a light brew?
Bring 64 oz (1 gallon) of natural spring water to a boil
Pour half of the bag of tea or approx. 2oz of tea into boiling water
Turn off heat and let it steep w/ a lid for 6-8 hours or overnight
Strain the herbs from the liquid and store your tea in glass mason jars
